Service work comprises a large part of our business and we routinely perform hundreds of smaller service calls annually, utilizing both our own forces and those of our subcontractors.
Many of our calls are for routine facilities maintenance work such as:

We also handle minor modifications often times too small for larger general contracting firms:

Ø installing door bells/chimes

Ø hardware replacement
Ø carpet and base replacement
Much of our work is performed in occupied spaces. The fact that most of our work is also for “repeat clients” is indicative of our ability to complete these projects with little or no interruption to the tenants and have at times been requested by name.
